Concept
Welcome to our #CleanEdgeProject, a remodel in Paradise Valley, Arizona, designed as a study in balance—where timeless materials meet contemporary restraint. Throughout the home, we used custom-stained oak cabinetry to bring warmth and continuity, grounding each space in natural texture. A calm, neutral palette allows the rich surfaces to speak, with natural stones, fluted tiles, and subtle plaster treatments adding both dimension and softness. The result is a serene, sculptural environment that feels effortless yet highly considered.
Brass and black accents create moments of contrast and sophistication, elevating the lighting and hardware without overpowering the calm, cohesive aesthetic. In the bathrooms, we layered in pieces from our own Substrate tile collection, inspired by natural landscapes and expressed through organic colorways. These tiles add a deeper layer of materiality and reflect our broader philosophy: honest, nature-rooted materials, crafted into spaces that feel both refined and grounded. Every design choice was intentional and enduring—classic in spirit, yet undeniably modern.
