Concept
Originally inspired by the timeless principles of Frank Lloyd Wright and mid-century modern architecture, this remodel for empty nesters honors its organic southwest desert influences while introducing a refined, contemporary perspective.
We paired the original flagstone flooring and stained birds eye maple cabinetry with rich wood tones, organic stone, and natural textures to preserve the home's warmth and authenticity. In addition, we preserved many of the iconic Kohler plumbing fixtures. Designed to foster connection, expansive gathering spaces and intimate moments of retreat invite family and friends to slow down and linger. The result is a timeless home where enduring design, natural materials, and effortless livability come together in harmony.
