Concept
Nestled in the heart of Gainey Ranch, Scottsdale, the #LondonFogProject is a full-home remodel that transforms a traditional residence into a sleek, modern sanctuary inspired by our clients’ diverse backgrounds and love of travel. The design strikes a perfect balance between showroom-worthy sophistication and inviting livability, with a refined material palette, clean architectural lines, and a harmonious layering of textures.
Warm wood tones and streamlined cabinetry ground the spaces, while bold contrasts add depth and visual intrigue. At the center, a waterfall-edge island and fully integrated appliances make the kitchen both a functional hub and a statement piece. Organic materials, sculptural lighting, and curated furnishings create an atmosphere that’s both elevated and welcoming. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding landscape, flooding the interiors with natural light and blurring the boundaries between inside and out—making this home a reflection of modern elegance rooted in connection and comfort.
