We instantly connected with these clients because of their love for mid-century modern design and their collections of vintage pieces and artwork. We loved collaborating with them to create a really inspirational and functional home we call our #ViewsforDaysProject. Our clients bought this home after it had been rebuilt from the ground up. Our clients (and us) fell in love with the views and how immersed it was in the desert.
Given that the home itself had contemporary hard surfaces, we brought in more sculptural and warm lighting fixtures and furniture to give the home the cozy feeling it was missing. We were so inspired by the surrounding desert with the color palette and textures that we incorporated into the interior. We love how many vintage pieces were used in this design as well as the concrete-looking wall that we added in the primary bedroom.
